SKINCARE ROUTINE

After several failed attempts with various cleansers and treatments that contain ingredients far from natural, I’ve settled into a good skincare routine that I’m ready to share with all of you!

TEA TREE OIL– This is my favorite skincare product. I love it, I swear by it, I recommend t to all my friends and now I’m sharing it with you! Tea tree oil is a great beauty product, and not only is it good for your skin, it’s great for your hair and scalp. After washing my face, I put this on my face.

SHEA BUTTER– After putting tea tree oil on my face, I put shea butter on my face. It works really well for me, and it helps to fade dark spots and overall smoother skin. Raw African Shea Butter contains vitamins A & E, and just like tea tree oil, it has many other uses.

FACE MASKS- I don’t do face masks every night, but I try to do one at least once each week. My favorite store bought ones are by Shea Moisture, and they are the Coconut and Hibiscus Mud Mask and the Peace Rose Oil Mud Mask. I also have a few personal homemade favorites:

Banana Face Mask

  •  one small banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Avocado Face Mask

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
